• Contact form messages: up to 12 months
• Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
• Order data: up to 24 months
• Rate limit records: automatically deleted after 1 hour

5. Payment Processing

When you purchase a personalized reading, your payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. During checkout:

• Your credit or debit card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form
• We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiration date
• Stripe may collect your name, email, billing address, and card details to process the transaction
• Stripe shares a transaction ID and payment confirmation with us so we can fulfill your order
