5. Account Registration

You may create a NumoStars account to access a dashboard, save quiz progress, and save calculator results. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your profile link is generated from the first profile name or username you register with and is intended to remain stable. If the generated link is already taken, we may add numbers or letters to make it unique. You may later change your displayed profile name and avatar, but the profile link may remain unchanged.

We may require email verification before certain account features are available. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except where that activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures. You may delete your account from the account deletion page after confirming your password.

6. Saved Results and Dashboard

If you are logged in, we may save quiz progress, quiz results, calculator inputs, and calculator results to your account dashboard. These saved results are provided for entertainment and informational use only. You can clear saved dashboard results from your account dashboard.

7. Rate Limiting

To ensure service stability, we apply rate limits on quiz submissions, calculator requests, and contact form submissions. Excessive use may result in temporary access restrictions.

8. User-Submitted Data

When you submit birth dates or personal information for readings, you confirm that you have the right to share this information. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Personalized Readings and Digital Delivery

Any paid digital content we offer is delivered immediately on screen after successful payment. It is provided for entertainment and informational use only.

• Digital content is a one time purchase, not a subscription
• The result is generated from your submitted information for entertainment and informational purposes
• Delivery is immediate after successful payment
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate these terms

10. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable fees. Payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The billing information you enter is accurate and complete
• You agree to pay the stated price for the product you are ordering

We do not store your credit card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe under their Terms of Service.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because paid digital content is delivered instantly and tailored to your submitted information, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once digital content has been delivered.

However, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion if:

• A technical error prevented your content from being generated or displayed
• You were charged more than once for the same reading due to a payment processing error
• The content was not delivered within a reasonable time due to an issue on our end

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order email and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually and respond within 3 business days.

12. Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving weekly zodiac-related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

13. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Astrological and numerological readings are subjective interpretations.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on NumoStars.com are owned by us or our licensors. Paid digital content is created for your personal use only.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumoStars and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any purchased digital content. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific content.
